We provide payroll services for companies with as few as 1 employee
Yes. We are a licensed agency with Florida Blue – for individual/ACA Plans. We also offer Group health, dental, vision, life, EAP and disability plans for groups of 10 or more Full Time Employees. In addition, we are licensed to advise on Medicare Plans (Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Part D Rx Plans).
HR Consulting Services are custom-quoted per client, based on their particular needs. Most clients hire us on a monthly retainer-based arrangement. Some clients hire us for a specific project. FPC Payroll/PEO Services are not required for HR Services.
We are flexible. Most clients like to enter their own hours/earnings directly through the portal. Other clients count on us to enter their payroll in the system for them, by sending us an email with the hours each payroll week. Employees have access to their payroll data online thru their own custom self-service log-in.
